1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Motorcycle Parts Hub's website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. About us: Motorcycle Parts Hub Limited is a UK based seller of new and used motorcycle parts. You can contact us on sales@motorcyclepartshubltd.com

3. Products: Many of our items are used and may show signs of wear, age or previous use. We always use photos of the exact item you'll receive on each listing. Compatibility is the buyers responsibility, please check make, model, year and part number before buying. We are not responsible for fitting or mechanical issues after installation.

4. Ordering and Payment: All prices shown are in GBP. Payments are processed securely via Wix payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

5. Delivery and Shipping: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Heavy and large goods require certain couriers so may take 3-4 days to dispatch. All delivery times shown are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays by carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds: Please see our separate Returns Policy.

7. Consumer Rights: You have statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

8. Liability: We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit, or damage caused by incorrect fitting or use of parts. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

10. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept these Terms.
