At Motorcycle Parts Hub, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

Statutory 14 Day Cooling Off Period

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason

• You must notify us via email within 14 days

• You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us in the same condition as received, at your own cost

• We will refund the purchase price (excluding original delivery costs)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery

• We will arrange a free return for a full refund or replacement where possible

• Please note, all of our used parts are sold with condition and visible wear shown in the listing photos. Cosmetic marks shown in the listing will not be considered a fault

Non Returnable Items

• Items that have been fitted/installed, modified or shown signs of use/damage after receipt are generally non-returnable

• Please check compatibility before fitting parts

How to Return

• Email us at sales@motorcyclepartshubltd.com with your order number and reason

• Pack the item securely in original or suitable packaging

• We will be in touch with your return details OR free return label

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving returned goods

MOTORCYCLE PARTS AFFECT VEHICLE SAFETY. ALWAYS HAVE PARTS FITTED BY A REPUTABLE, QUALIFIED MECHANIC. We will not be liable for any accidents, injuries or damage resulting from incorrect fitting or use.
