All parts are tested before sale, so you know you're going to receive a working, tested part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If the part is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item so we can arrange a full refund or replacement wherever possible.

• All used parts are sold with the condition and any visible wear marks shown in the original listing - normal wear shown in the original listing from previous use will not be considered a fault.

Non Returnable Items

• Items that have been fitted/installed, modified or show signs of use/damage after receipt (beyond reasonable examination) are non-returnable

• Please check compatibility before fitting.

How to Return

• Email us at sales@motorcyclepartshubltd.com with your order number and reason

• Repackage your item securely in the original or other suitable packaging

• We'll send a return code and address OR return label for you to dispatch your return

Refunds

• Refunds will always be issued back to the original payment method

• We aim to process refunds within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned goods
